How do you make a Fresh Apple Martini like Bonefish Grill?

Although this might not be the exact recipe Bonefish Grill uses, it's pretty close. Take a coctail shaker full of ice, then pour in 1 fluid oz scnapps, 1 fluid oz Green Apple vodka (or regular vodka if you prefer or can't find Green Apple), and 1 fluid oz of apple juice. Mix well and garnish with a slice of a Granny Smith apple. Enjoy!

Here's how I made them and they turned out just like the Bonefish Grill martini:

75 ml Vodka - Bonefish uses Kettle One

2 Pink Grapefruits

Fresh Basil Leaves

Cut the grapefuit in wedges leaving the rind on. Place in a glass jar with basil leaves. I used 4-5 leaves. Add vodka and let it sit for at least 24 hours. Once infused, remove the grapefruit wedges but make sure to squeeze all of the juice and vodka back into the jar.

Strain the vodka to remove any seeds or pulp. I used a funnel and put the infused bottle back into the original vodka bottle.

Here's what I used to make the martini:

In a shaker over ice add 3 oz infused vodka, 3 oz of fresh pink grapefruit juice and 2-3 tsp of simple syrup. Shake and poor into a martini glass rimmed with sugar. Top with a fresh basil leaf. Yum!
