Hershey brings in cocoa / cocoa mixes and cretaes the desired mix for the sprcific type of chocolate that they are making that day (milk, white, semi-sweet, dark, ect.). They mix and temper the chocolate until it is how they need it to be. The liquid chocolate is then pumped by machine to a filler room where molds are filled. They are then cooled and the chocolate bars are popped out of the molds, sent to packaging, and then shipped out.

What else can I help you with?
