Ingredients:
1 tbsp Coconut oil (extra virgin) (enough to make a paste)
1/2 cup rolled oats (instant or regular)
Directions:
Blend the rolled oats so that they turn into a fine powder. This step is important in making sure your mixture is smooth and not chunky.
Warm up the coconut oil so that it is a little over 76 degrees F (it's liquid point) and and it to the oatmeal powder. Increase/decrease the amount depending on how creamy you want the mask to be.
Smooth the mask out over your face using your fingertips and leave it on for 10-15 minutes.
Wash off with warm water and pat dry. Remember to use a toner before moisturizing or you will clog your pores! If you don't have one, you can use ice or click here to read the post on how to use lemon juice as a toner.
Use this mask once a week or more depending on how sensitive your skin is, and you should start to see results.
