Feed him horse feed. Then he'll get big as a horse! However, Eating alot at one time or at the wrong time of day will not help you gain weight. Your body can only use so much of what you eat and will chuck out much of it as waste. Therefore, you must eat constantly all day starting with a good big healthly breakfast at around 6 am. and finishing around 9 pm. You don't need to exercise. But, I recommend doing the correct exercises that will stimulate healthy weight gain.
