Get a majorly long string of yarn and tie some with their shells peanuts to it then leave it there when the hamster comes out at night it will try to gather the peanuts then leaving a trail of yarn to its hiding place set up several of these in different rooms
set a trap with food to catch it... make a "staircase" of a few books leading up to a hamster treat or food, put a bin on the other side of the "top" and when the hamster gets the treat, scoop him into the bin.
That question doesn't even make sense.
this just sounds a bit stupid but did a small trench, put twigs over it, put leaves on the twigs, and put a hamster wheel on the leaves.
it depends on the hamster

Be specific. How to make a trap for what.
to catch a lost hamster, you don't need a hamster trap. You can just get a bucket, put some strong-smelling food inside that fills at least a quatre of the bucket. Place a ramp or a ladder of some sort so that the hamster will smell the food, climb up the ramp/ladder, and will fall in but can't get out again. This won't hurt the little hamster at all.
