How do you make chocolate on chocolate cupcakes?

To make my favourite large chocolate cupcakes/muffins:

8oz self raising flour

8oz margarine

8oz castor sugar

2 tbsp cocoa powder

4 eggs ( free range please :D )

1 tbsp milk

Preheat the over to 200 degrees C and place muffin cases in a muffin tin.

Cream together the marg and sugar until it is pale and fluffy using a wooden spoon.

Beat the eggs and add a little at a time until fully combined.

Sieve the flour and cocoa together.

Slowly add the flour and fold using a metal spoon so as not to knock the air out.

Add the the milk to loosen the mixture slightly.

Spoon into the cases. About 1 tbsp of mixture.

Place the muffins in the over for 25 minutes.

They will be done when: they bounce back when you push them slightly and when a skewer comes out clean.

• 2 1/4 cups all purpose flour

• 1 1/3 cups sugar

• 3 teaspoons baking powder

• 1/2 teaspoon salt

• 1/2 cup shortening

• 1 cup milk

• 1 teaspoon vanilla

• 2 large eggs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line cupcake pans with paper liners.

Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large mixing bowl. Add shortening, milk, and vanilla. Beat for 1 minute on medium speed. Scrape side of bowl with a spatula.

Add eggs to the mixture. Beat for 1 minute on medium speed. Scrape bowl again. Beat on high speed for 1 minute 30 seconds until well mixed.

Spoon cupcake batter into paper liners until 1/2 to 2/3 full.

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

Cool 5 minutes in pans then remove and place on wire racks to cool completely.

Once cupcakes are completely cooled, frost with your favorite frosting recipe or decorate as you desire.

Well this is chocolate with peanut butter frosting cupcake recipe.

You can use devils food cake or chocolate cake mix

The Frosting

Needed (vanilla frosting and peanut butter.

First you empty the can of frosting

Then mix it with a 1/2 cup of peanut butter.

Make your cake.

(Read the directions on the back)

Put on the frosting (add mini Reese's if wanted)

There are many types of cupcakes but it is always good to look it up on YouTube. I usually use the cupcake mix because it is easier, tastier, and cheaper than buying a buch of supplies. Also, you can buy a icing for cupcake but I usually make the frosting because it's not hard. You need icing sugar, butter, milk, and vanilla. Trust me... IT TASTES AWESOME...

I would assume chocolate chip cupcakes are the same as chocolate chip muffins, so here's a recipe:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/3 cup light-brown sugar
1/3 cup sugar
2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup milk
1/2 cup butter -- melted and cooled
2 eggs - beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 package (12 oz) Chocolate Chips
1/2 cup walnuts or pecans -- chopped

Preheat oven to 400 F. and grease up twelve muffin cups.
In a large bowl, stir together flour, sugars, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl, stir together milk, eggs, butter, and vanilla until blended. Make a well in center of dry ingredients; add milk mixture and stir just to combine. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts.

Spoon batter into muffin cups (2/3 full); bake 15-20 minutes, or until a knife inserted in center of one muffin comes out clean. Remove muffin tin

to wire rack; cool 5 minutes and remove from tins to finish cooling.
