What a great sauce! It was made for the original Jalapeño Poppers by Anchor in the mid to late 1980's and is one of the GREAT "Lost Recipes" of our time. SYSCO Food Services was the exclusive distributor, which ultimately meant it was doomed!
It's base ingredients was raspberry jelly, jals & horseradish. It had this sweet flavor that had a hot finish.
