1) You put it in a thick nylon or a bag, then cover with either a cloth or a sack. Make sure there is no space for air to come thru!
2) spread d plantain in d sun, d boil water and make it warm and pour it on d spread plantain. then leave in d sun till evening and pack in a sack till following morning.
3) wrap them in a brown paper bag or newspaper and keep them in a dark place for a couple of days
