2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. hot sauce
1 tbsp. sesame oil
1 tbsp. rice vinegar
1 tsp. sugar
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp. peanut oil
1/3 c. toasted sesame seeds
To make potsticker sauce, mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and a touch of sugar in a bowl. Adjust the ingredients to taste and serve with your potstickers.
