Best Answer

A survivalist trick is to gently brush off the shells of fresh eggs to remove dust or dirt, to coat them with food grade mineral oil, and store them in standard egg cartons in a cool, dry place. Raw eggs in the shell can be stored this way for 9-12 months.

You can hard boil them then pickle them.

Raw eggs in the shell - 3-5 weeks

Refrigerated eggs should not be left out more than two hours. The carton should be placed in the coldest part of the refrigerator, not in the door, where temperatures may fluctuate when it is opened and closed. As long are they are kept refrigerated at 45 °F or lower, fresh shell eggs are safe to be consumed four to five weeks beyond the carton's Julian date.
