OK. first you need a recipe. I would give you one, but it makes WAY too many doughnuts for a regular home. Doughnuts are straight dough, meaning all the ingredients go in at one. You mix all the raw ingredients together on first speed (I say thing because the mixer I'm used to using has three speeds first, second, and third). After that, you have the dough for your doughnut rest and rise in the bowl.

Preparing the doughnut is simple. You roll the dough into a snake and then wrap a small part around two or three fingers, pinch off wrapped dough, roll them together, then they're ready for the frier.
