yes i leave the lip on the lid on the tank because it will jump out \
Yes, you can completely cover a fish tank with a lid or cover to prevent fish from jumping out and to maintain water quality.

A fish aquarium will be fine or a tank with a lid shall do
No but you would have to be sure your fish isn't the kind that would jump out.
The octopus escaped its tank by squeezing through a small gap in the lid and then used its flexible body to reach the fish in a nearby tank.
yes you can put a glass sheet over the top of a tank to act as a lid.
Freshwater setup: MUST HAVE: Tank, filter, filter pads/media, heater, light, fish, water, electricity, fish food, place to put tank NICE TO HAVE: Substrate, decorations, tank lid
unlock the car and push the gas tank lid.
That's going to depend on the type of lid. My tank has a glass cover to it. In order to clean it. I simply take it off and scrape off any algae. After cleaning the algae, I wipe it down with a wash cloth WET WITH TANK WATER ONLY. Dry it with a dry washcloth and replace it.
Yes but i would make sure it has a lid with ventalation screen mesh is a good option. if a tropical gecko you could turn the fish tank up so its higher than it is wider ( arboreal ). usage of a heat Matt on a fish tank unless the fish tank is raised ( feet on bottom) you would have to put it one the side or back to stop the glass from cracking. basicly fish tank is the same as a terrium you will just have to adjust tiny little things :]
Most people use a clear plastic or glass cover/lid to stop escaping fish/frogs etc.
