First, put some ice in a plastic bag and seal it. Place the bag on the gum and wait till it hardens. When it solidifies, crack as much off as possible. let the remaining get back to room temperature. Use WD-40 on a cloth or paper towel and rub the gum with it. It will eventually liquify the remaining gum and continue until all the gum is gone. You could also put tape on it and rip it off.
