Cooling them properly. Most people think that the longer they cool food the better they will be. That is NOT true. The FASTER you cool foods the better. The best way to cool foods to refrigerate or freeze is to put them in an ice bath. Put the food in a shallow pan and put that pan in a bigger bowl or pan filled with ice and water(more ice than water). This gives the food a quick cool down which keeps out bacteria.
nothing.
By refrigerating it.
The process of refrigerating yeast dough is called "retarding" because it does not stop the rising process but slows it down.
stop eating beans
Refrigerating food retards bacterial growth. It does not stop it, it only slows it down.

you have to make it die and if you get poisoned by a bug then you kill it
Stop feeding it beans!
The Pichuberry is a fruit so its a perishable item. But it has naturally long shelf life, refrigerating will make it a bit longer. Only if you can stop yourself from snacking on them.
I think a refrigerator, slows down the process of food rotting as the microorganisms take more time to cause chemical reactions in cold weather.
You really can not stop your bread from getting stale and then turning moldy. Bins are a good idea to help keep the freshness in and refrigerating with help slow down the process. As there are many kinds of bread bins the fact remains that you can only slow down the process not stop it entirely.
