Believe it or not but the praire chicken has small poison tips on the inside end of its beak and on the end of the claws on its feet, when face by a larger predator it flaps is wings to try make it self look larger and more frightening while lashing out at the predator with its beak. If the predator gets cut by the beak the poison will make it feel drowsy within a minute do to the high toxicity of the poison, within 2 minutes the poison will have caused the predators heart to stop.
