ok, i know either you want to lose weight or boost your metabolism, i know that bananas does increase you metabolism but it also makes you gain weight. although bananas are healthy. if you look at a fasting diet, you will see that they say not to eat bananas because it is high in sugar that makes you gain weight...... if you want to go on a veggie diet eat celery and cold water for 2 weeks and you will lose weight. if you want to boost your metabolism then drink green tea with no sugar. if you dont like the taste of something when your dieting then just take two of your fingers and plug your nose. it helps to distort the taste. thank you. besides i also wandered this question to awhile back and i did research and got my answer
