Depends on the baklava....some are very wet and have short shelf life due to high water activity levels. More active water = faster bacterial growth. I wouldn't go more than a week. If they make it right which a sugar syrup insted of a soloution it can last for several weeks without spoiling. The only company that does it right is www.mansoura.com.
I love them -- delicious little sweet pastries, soaked in honey. Not sure how long they keep though. They're probably better fresh.
