Fetal Alcohol Syndrome (FAS) affects approximately 0.2 to 1.5 per 1,000 live births in the United States, translating to about 0.02% to 0.15% of babies. However, the prevalence can vary significantly based on factors such as region and population. Some estimates suggest that the broader spectrum of fetal alcohol spectrum disorders (FASD) may affect 1% to 5% of children.
people (girls/women) with turner syndrome live as long as regular people do....turner syndrome does not affect life spancy
You can live an average life span. And FAS is different with each individual. Me and my brother were both born with FAS. We have no facial distortion at all. Only thing is with my brother is that he had a few special ed classes in high school,I on the other hand was on honor roll.
I have worked with several children who have had FASD (or FAS, if you prefer). They cab go on to live oerfectly normal lives, though many of the children I worked with had severe mental and/or behavioral problems.

people can live up to 60 to 70 years.
They live normal, long, healthy lives. The syndrome has been in my family for generations, and many live 85 years ore longer.
