I wouldn't recommend having a marinade on potatoes overnight. You can cut your potatoes up the night before and have them soak in water to avoid turning them brown/black. Just make sure the water is about an inch over the potatoes. If you want to marinate, an hour of soak time is good enough for potatoes. It's the oxygen that is touching the potatoes that turns them, so there might be some areas of the potato not completely covered in oil. If you still want to try it, make sure to have an airtight lid on.
Haddock, uncooked, should be good for 1 to 2 days. If cooked, 3 to 4 days. Store in the fridge.
The ones that started out that way are. The green foods that weren't green when you put them in the fridge two months ago are a different story. Potatoes are a plant, but green potatoes can cause cancer.
Bacteria. Specifically S.pyogenes. This bacteria is present in the environment, and loves to grow on the starch in potatoes and rice. Don't leave your potatoes out of the fridge uncovred for too long, and definitely do not eat potatoes that have been in the fridge for more than a week. i won't even eat refrigerated mashed potatoes after 3 days.Other bacteria will also infest mashed potatoes if you put dairy in it, and the dairy will sour just as milk does after staying in the fridge for too long. No more than three days storage for potatoes with dairy. When you reheat do it in the oven or stove top. reheating potatoes in the microwave typically does not keep them hot enough for long enough to kill the bacteria. The good news is majority of the "food poisoning" you would get from typical potato bacterias would only last 12-24 hours...
Yes, garlic can go bad in the fridge if not stored properly. To prevent this, store garlic in a cool, dry place with good air circulation, away from moisture. Avoid storing garlic in the fridge unless it has been peeled or chopped, as the cold and moisture can cause it to sprout or become moldy.
Yes they do eat potatoes and if you want to move the potatoes, then the best idea is to put the potatoes in the fridge in the vegetable storage.
Shop sealed: until best before date Unsealed uncooked: 3 days Unsealed cooked: 14 hours
just because you fell of the wagon one time with the potatoes is not wrong. just get back on track with your diet. it does not hurt if you indulge once in a while.
