It's not, throw it away!
No more than a day
Ground round is good if refrigerated for up to a week after the purchase by date. If you freeze it right away, it may last a couple months.
If you have cooked them, eat them within 48 hours from putting them in the fridge. If they are raw, peppers can be kept until they go mouldy. The sausage can be kept until the 'use by' date - this depends on when the sausage was produced.
If kept refrigerated about a week.
Some sausages are actually formulated and packaged to be shelf stable. Read the label on the packaging and go by the use-by date and storage indicated. If it is the type that must be refrigerated, the maximum time it could be left out would be 1 - 2 hours.
4 days.
Unless specifically indicated, the date on the package is probably a "sell by" date. Handled and stored properly, it is likely good for a couple days beyond that. Use your senses. If it feels slimy or smells odd (yeasty, ammonia), then don't use it.
I would guess at about 3 days See below link to USDA website with detailed info. Depends on the type of sausage. http://www.fsis.usda.gov/FactSheets/Sausage_and_Food_Safety/index.asp
Orange juice that is opened does not stay fresh for long if it is not refrigerated. You should not drink it if it has been out for longer than a couple of hours.
How long smoked sausage like Hillshire Farms stay fresh after the expiration date will depend on how the sausage is stored. It will stay fresh for a short while after if it is stored at optimal conditions. However, once you pass the Use By Date, the sausage will no longer be at the peak of its flavor and freshness.
it is best to check the best before date and do not eat it if it is over the time given then do not eat it!
According to the USDA, refrigerated foods (like packaged sausage) are no longer safe after sitting at room temperature for more than two hours. Chances are, it'll still be safe to eat if you cook it thoroughly, but you'd be taking a risk.
