Sounds like you are on your way! How large is the "meal"? How much "special K" are you eating per sitting? The commercial says one bowl per sitting! Y-THINK-Y ----------- This is the secret to loose weight! You want to know it??? Ok here it is. EAT SLOWLY!!!!! If you eat fast, then your body is taking in a lot of food in a short time, so you keep feeling hungry and you eat more. Then after that you feel very full and gross. Keep control and try no to gobble. Eat slow, and you will feel more full quickly and you don't eat more food then you need. This way you still eat, but you are not taking in a tun of food. IF you are over weight, stay away from fast food places, junk food, and sugar. (FOREVER) I don't know why people like that stuff, its gross, makes you fat and feel lazy. Always eat healthy and you will feel better.
