I Personally do not think you should, but if the pecking is a very large problem, that draws blood or that is preventing you from caring for them, you can get ones that stop them pecking people and still let them eat :)
Yes. There are chickens in Germany. The German people have a very agrarian tradition and there are farms all over. Chickens are raised in both large commercial operations for meat and eggs and most home farms have a flock to provide for themselves and often to sell at markets.
Yes, chickens can eat fresh broad beans, but they should be given in moderation. While the beans are nutritious, they contain compounds that can be harmful to chickens when consumed in large quantities, especially if they are raw. It's best to cook the beans before feeding them to your chickens to reduce any potential risks. Always introduce new foods gradually to monitor your chickens' reactions.
Do the chickens have large talons?
There is no average amoutn of chickens because some are raised in large masses while others are raised locally which are usually raised in lower amounts, but some people own a few just to have farm fresh eggs.
Chickens in large pens, with room to move around to do what chicken do, will always be happier than a chicken in a small cage. However, free-ranging chickens are undoubtable the happiest. Think about yourself, would you like being in a small cage with no room to move or stretch?
Like that of a large, plucked chickens.
Chickens can get anywhere from 4-10 lb birds! Normally the 10 lb birds are meat birds and are good for eating!!!
Chickens can eat honey in moderation as an occasional treat. However, it should not be a primary part of their diet as it is high in sugar and can be harmful if consumed in large quantities. Make sure it is raw, unpasteurized honey and avoid feeding chickens honey that has additives or artificial sweeteners.
