Maybe one or two or more people, depending on how hungry they are.
Answer
Should feed 6 to 8 people at the rate of almost 1/2 lb apiece. Serve other foods, like potatoes and cabbage to fill in the edges.
Between 200 and 400 people depending on the size of the portions. Often portion sizes run from 4 to 8 ounces per person. For corned beef hash the portion size will include about 4 ounces of beef. For corned beef and cabbage the portions could be 8 ounces of beef.
Figure to use 1/2 lb. per person or a max. of 20 persons with well trimmed brisket.
In uncooked weight figure 6-8oz per person. After cooking about 14-16 servings

if you have 50 people you have to make like 100 briskets cause some people might want extras Actually there are a few unknowns that the question does not explain - I will usually purchase 1 lb (trimmed) brisket per person. So if I am having 8 to 10 people to feed, I will prepare around 10 lbs. brisket - this might be two 5 lb. briskets as long as it adds up to roughly one pound per person (before cooking).
That is 37.5 pounds.
3 pounds
I would get 20 pounds.
