Yes. In fact, many people believe their chili tastes better the next day.

Chili can typically be reheated safely two to three times, provided it has been cooled and stored properly between servings. Each time you reheat, ensure it's heated to at least 165°F (74°C) to kill any potential bacteria. However, if the chili has been left out at room temperature for more than two hours, it should be discarded immediately. Always use your senses to check for any off smells or changes in texture before consuming.
if u cook soup then make sure it does not smell burnt
No, you cant because eventually it will go bad.
Generally, it is recommended that leftover foods be reheated only once.

they were on tours all over the world...
Chile have never won the World Cup. They hosted it once, in 1962.
It is recommended to only reheat cow's milk for a baby once to maintain its nutritional value and safety. Repeated reheating can lead to a loss of nutrients and increase the risk of bacterial contamination.

You can reheat it as much as you want, but the quality of it wont be as good after a few times. Depending on what kind of soup, it can get real thick & overworked with mushy consistency from the repeated heating. But Id say heat only what you want to eat each time and don't keep it longer than 3- five days after you made it fresh for quality.
