Chicks=£5, but sell them at £8. Year old hens=£12, but sell at £14. Rare breeds (EG New Hampshire red)=£20-£24,but sell at £25.

well it depends on where you get your chicken from and what type it is. i have 8 chickens, 4 bantams (small chckens) and 4 normal sized chcikens. my chickens cost between £5 and £20 it all depends but they are well worth the money, i love my chickens to pieces. hope this helps from i-luv-my-chickens
