Let's assume you mean for long term storage. That answer will vary depending on how much bread (most obvious use) you eat. Figure a 5lb. bag of regular white flour will make about 8 loaves of bread. If this will be a staple food source you will most likely eat it at least twice a day (along with a soup, stew, meat or gruel).For a single adult you would probably consume a half loaf a day. A 5lb. bag would last you a little over 2 weeks maybe. Doing the math...that would mean 130lbs. for the year for one adult. This number is hypothetical since people's bread intake differs greatly. In a long term survival type situation flour (bread) would be a simple carb/starch supply.
