I don't know if there is a "real" substitute equation for it. But when making the meal, maybe if you use celery salt instead of the regular salt that you would have added, that would beOK.Otherwise you are going to have a dish that is too salty to eat. It isn't a substitute. It also adds a lot of nitrates to the dish.

To determine how much celery you need for 400 grams, it depends on the specific recipe or use case. Generally, one medium stalk of celery weighs about 40-50 grams. Therefore, you would need approximately 8-10 medium stalks of celery to reach 400 grams. Adjust the quantity based on the size of the celery you have.
Whoa there, cowboy! One cup of fresh celery is roughly equivalent to about 1 tablespoon of celery flakes. So if you're looking to swap in some dried celery, just remember that 1 cup of fresh celery equals around 1 tablespoon of celery flakes. Hope that helps, partner!
flower Celery does have flowers, although the flower is not very showy and most people are only interested in the stalk (which is the part we eat). When celery is allowed to flower the seeds are formed there, much as with any plant. Please see the related link below.
If you are looking in your larder and unable to get to a store, a bit of celery seed should bring flavour. If your store is out of celery you could substitute celeriac, or if its an allergic thing perhaps another spice root vegetable like Fennel. You could also sub in Leeks.
