I have acid reflux all my life...Ketchup doesn,t bother it at all, however i find dairy and dairy products do...for instand relief i use a rolaid or two and have been using the succesfully for years.....hope this helps....it really hurts at times What foods cause problems varies with the individual, but almost all people with GERD or acid reflux have big problems with tomato-based foods, especially cooked tomatoes, like those in pizza topping, pasta sauce, and ketchup.
