Not a lot. But most people brew in 5 gallon increments. Four pounds of malt, 5 gallons of water, one package of brewer's yeast and a couple ounces of hops. So about 4 oz of malt, 1 liter of water a pinch of yeast and a pinch of hops. But it will be very temperature sensitive. Stick with bigger batches.
