Get an Ice Chest, put ice all over the bottom, then put the cheesecake in, and if the container that the cake is in has a lid, put the lid on and put ice all over the top too. Then close the Ice Chest's lid.

I recently make one and it lasted about 2 weeks. I cant say that it went bad though... we just ran out of cheesecake. :D
