Try mixing blue and red to make purple. Then add more red to pink it up, and then just experiment to get the color you want. Use white to lighten up as you like it.

Wilton "Rose Pink" food coloring gel, mixed into white fondant, will yield a pretty hot pink. If you add a little purple at a time until it looks right, you should have fuschia fondant!
