1) get only the amount you need

2) don't try food u never tasted before in big portions

3) don't take those food u can't eat (chilli etc)

4) if you can't finish it, share it with a person

5) plan time promptly so you can enjoy and finish your food

6) try to eat food only when you're hungry as it might just be a itch to take food.
