You can start by saying goodby to your clownfish. They will die in a very short time if they do not have a much larger tank (at least 60 gallons) and live sea anemonies to live in/with. You will also need a marine capable power filter, a protein skimmer, a hydrometer, a heater/thermostat, some living rock, an ozonizer and last but not least specialised lights. Salt is never replaced unless you have actually removed water from the tank. Normally top ups only replace evaporation loss and that is plain unsalted water. If you do a water change you will need to measure exactly how much water is removed and replace exactly the right quantity of salt as you add the fresh water to refill the tank. Keeping Tropical Marine fish alive is not a "Hit and miss" procedure. It is an extremely involved/complicated business and requires heaps of study and lots of available cash to do it successfully.
