babies dont live in cages.!! and yes mongoose eat baby rabbit's
Yes, The father rabbit plays no role in raising babies. The mother and babies are on their own.
Baby rabbits are called Kittens. Unofficially, we call baby rabbits bunnies. Way back when, "rabbit" was the word for the babies, and "Coney" was the word for grown rabbits (how Coney Island got its name). Language sure does change over time!
Rabbit litter sizes can vary, there is really nothing abnormal about giving birth to only one baby rabbit. However, it is also true that the amount of food a rabbit has to eat can influence the number of babies they have. If you want your rabbit to have more babies, feed it more food.
If the mother rabbit dies take care of the baby rabbit like its motherfeed it the baby rabbit food.If the mother dies before babies are weaned you can get baby kitten milk replacer and a kitten baby bottle and feed the babies. IT IS A REALLY HARD JOB. The babies must be fed and then stimulated to go to the bathroom and then cleaned up just as the mother rabbit would do. (you can also feed them canned goat milk, I say canned because not too many people have a fresh goat on hand.)If the baby is old enough to be eating rabbit pellets you are OK, just give the baby extra grass hay and plenty of water (maybe put electrolyes made for rabbits in the water.)
This won't effect them unless the family mated together a lot previously (ex. 2 siblings have babies 2 of them have babies then 2 of them have babies) I just advise to watch them so this can't happen again to them or the babies. Otherwise congrats on your baby bunnies!
Another name for a baby rabbit is a kitten. A baby male rabbit is called the same as a baby girl rabbit. You can call a female rabbit a Doe and a male rabbit a Buck. Hope that helped
usually not... but a mother rabbit would eat her baby if it died
No,they aren't in their puberty yet
No, babies cannot eat other babies. It is not natural or safe for a baby to consume another human being.
your question is worded weird did u mean a mother rabbit feed a baby that is not hers if that was it then no it will not useually in less it is early on in its life and the same age as her babies
It will take around a month until the babies are born. You'll need to separate the female rabbits before she gives birth and until the babies have grown up. You should be able to put them back together after. But the rabbit without babies may get jealous and kill the babies.
