In the instance that the scoville rating is 16 million, hottest, and the freezer is in fact at absolute zero, then the answer is simply no, because the battle between the two would in fact erase both instantaneously from existence which would in turn destroy the whole universe for as every element in the universe is dependent on one another, if one were to simply and suddenly not exist, so to would all others follow.
