Yes, sesame chicken is really bad for you. the chicken is deep fried in vegetable oil and this causes trans fatty acids to form thus making it a trans fatty food. after that. it is coated with a sweet sauce which is just high fructose corn syrup, corn starch or just plain refined sugar. The sauce also has a killer amount of sodium. Although it has a decent amount of protein, that doesnt make this healthy. If you have it every once in a while (once a month or so) it wont kill you. but if you eat it as a daily meal you will devlop some kind of disease such as cardiovascular disease, hypertension(High Blood Pressure), or Type 2 Diabetes. If you do have this meal, replace the white rice with brown rice and eat only half an eggroll. Everything is okay in moderation. But overall, Sesame Chicken is a very bad food for you to eat.
