Sunny Delight is considered slightly acidic due to its citric acid content from the fruit juice it contains. However, its pH level is still within a range that is safe for consumption.

I assume you meant, how long after the sell by date is a mixed mango and apple juice from concentrate drink still consumable? If my interpretation of your question is correct, than as long as the container has not been opened and has been refrigerated the entire time after being opened, it could last a month. However, there are no FDA or Dept. of Agriculture time limits currently mandating whether you choose to give it a good whiff and drink if it doesn't make you reel in disgust.
That is correct, dehydration is a process. When you pick a ripe mango off the tree, that is an unprocessed food, which you can eat exactly as it is (or if you like, peel the skin off first - it's still unprocessed). When you dry the mango out, you are processing it. It is a relatively simple process, as food processing goes, but it is still a process. Anything you do to a food that changes it from the state it is found in nature is processing. A food can be processed, but still be healthy. It just depends on what the food is, and how it is processed. A dehydrated mango will be much less processed (and healthier) than something like mango syrup. The syrup would be a much larger change from the mango's natural state.
we still face the sun as the earth rotates
in mostly sunny places
If you keep raw mango in a salt solution for a week, the mango will likely absorb some of the salt, resulting in a saltier taste. The mango may also become softer due to osmosis, where water is drawn out of the mango into the salt solution. However, the mango may still be edible, but the taste and texture may be altered.
A mango is a fruit, not a vegetable.Mango is both. Sorry to whom ever posted prior to me. Really it depends up your age and where you live. Mango a.k.a. "Green Bell Pepper."
