A mushroom is a non flowering organism and it reproduces by means of spores.

Mushrooms are included in Fungi kingdom within the domain Eukarya and all fungi are nonflowering. Plants are in a separate kingdom within domain Eukarya. So, fungi are non-flowering, but they aren't plants.
