Alligators are not a seafood because they are not sea creatures.
Sushimi is fish. So if you consider fish a meat, yes, it has meat in it. If you are a vegetarian and eat fish, no it would not.
No its considered a fish
aligator and fish
perhaps because fish is a subset of seafood, and seafood is not meat. (?)
Fish like shrimp if you don't consider fish meat then it would probably be steak.
The below response just shows that anyone can edit these. Fish is an animal, meat is the flesh of an animal. People who eat fish are not vegetarians, they are Pescetarians if they eat no other animals or by-products of the slaughterhouse. You can argue the technicalities of the term, different dictionary's have different definitions, but in the end fish is not suitable for vegetarians (if that's what you were wondering). ___ no its not meat! i am a vegetarian and fish is not meat. Is fish an mammal? NO so its not meat. many people consider fish meat because they think if its an animal then its meat but it is not meat.
yes all "meat" contains protein. even if you don't consider fish meat, it is still animal flesh so it does contain protein.
Yes fish is in the meat group because fish has meat right?
Depending on the person, a vegetarian can eat absolutely no meat, just poultry(chicken), or they can include fish depending ;on what you consider meat
Fish is a meat. It is a white meat, like chicken.
Yes, it is a white meat fish.
The Merriam-Webster's Online Dictionary's definition 2b. of meat: . "flesh of a mammal as opposed to fowl or fish". The Catholic Church promotes meatless Fridays but for some reason says that fish is okay. Tradition, I suppose.
