There is no difference between dairy and beef cows. As far as cows are concerned (those mature females that have had at leasr one calf in their lifetime), they are both mainly used in sausages and hamburger.

If you are asking about beef cows, yes they certainly do. They may not produce as much as a dairy cow, but they still produce milk, at least enough for her calf to grow on. Beef itself, though, does not produce milk.
