It depends on the beans and bread.
However it is just carbohydrates and beans in sugar water(if you have tinned beans).
However if its low Gi bread or some sort of healthy bread then it's not so bad because you need carbohydrates.
Why not have a yoghurt, banana sandwhich, nuts and rasains, or just go for it!
