It isn't the best for you generally but as far as candy choices go it is a good one. 1 oz of candy corn is only 2 weight watchers points, where as one cup of chocolate mouse is 11 points. So candy corn isn't the healthiest thing to eat but if you're craving sugar it is one of the smartest choices.
