Ok. I ready your question and i love chicken. So i went with this one.

But some chicken is and some isn't so much. The kind that is cooked in grease

or oil is not. The kind like chicken salads and stuff that has good things or healthy things to go with it, then it most likely is the kind that's good for you.

i think all chicken is good but all chicken is not good for you but it is one of the best foods i have ever tasted!
