Well it depends on your needs I suppose. It takes less space to store it, and price wise it is cheaper. For emergency situations I prefer it. It can be mixed for immediate use and in the quantity you need, therefore eliminating the need for refrigeration or waste from spoilage for lack of. Personally I notice no difference in taste.
