Chocolate is not very good for you. Don't eat too much of it too often or you will get sick and fat. Only a little bit once in a blue moon wouldn't hurt you.

You have no cause for concern about the fat in dark chocolate - it is stearic acid, a type of saturated fat that does not raise cholesterol levels. And chocolate that is 70 percent cocoa does not contain much sugar."
