You can't get a burn mark of stainless steal because the steal has a special type of coating on it that stops it burning.You should use a normal steal pot so it can work and so that it will be able to burn.If you use the steal pot then it will be able to burn unlike a stainless steel fork that will not burn on the pot.You can not get a burn mark of stainless steal because they have a special coating on them so you can not get any thing of them.You should use a normal steal pot instead they are better and don't burn as easy form what i have seen in my life.If you use stainless steal it gives the food a funny taste to it.
