Yes actully. Aphids themselves are nontoxic, and in mass quantitys can be a decent sorce of protien. Not much to say about the taste, and your plants certainly won't enjoy their company, but then don't pose any threat to much else. Soak your harvest in cold water for 15-20 minutes to get the bulk of them off. Enjoy the rest!
