They would eat them but that doesn't make olives good for them. Black olives have a high fat and salt content which is why animals like them so much but the last thing you want to feed your hamster is high fat/salt foods. Fresh veggies (there are exceptions on which ones), pelleted hamster food and timothy hay are pretty much all you should be feeding them according to my exotic vet. Never feed dwarf hamsters fruit or carrots as they are high in sugars and dwarf hamsters tend toward Diabetes.
Your teddy bear hamster can get very fat if you feed him too much.
All hamsters have a possibility of getting ill. If you care for it as best you can and make sure you feed it correctly then there is nothing more you can do.
You can feed Teddy Bear hamsters a variety of nuts, including unsalted almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, and peanuts in small quantities as treats. Make sure to remove any shell or shell fragments to prevent choking. Nuts should not exceed 1-2 per week to avoid excessive fat intake.
Yes, you can feed teddy bear hamsters oranges in small amounts as an occasional treat. Make sure to remove any seeds and avoid feeding them citrus fruits too frequently as they are high in sugar and can upset their stomachs.

Yes! My Teddy bear hamster, Remmy, loves them! She likes them to be in the shell so she can crack them open. Unsalted peanuts are the only nuts that are safe for hamsters. Other nuts are too acidic and harmful to them.
