Plums, of course. Any fruit juice is mostly water and sugars, with relatively small amounts of other compounds such as carboxylic acids and esters. An exact "recipe" for plum juice is impossible, since many of the compounds are present only in trace amounts, and the relative proportions can vary considerably in any case.

I think all fruit and vegetables are good for our health, but I don't think there is any sign of lemon juice being particularily good for our health. I do know that in organic plum seeds, if you break away the outer shell of the plum seed and eat the inside part it may be good for the prevention of cancer. The vitamin B17 has been shown to help with cancer.

Prunes are not always plums! I know; I was taught that prunes were dehydrated plums. However, prunes are a type of plum. They are usually sold dehydrated; they have easy to remove pits and are more oval in shape than are typical plums.
Almost all liquids weigh the same. For example, One cup of water weighs 8oz. So One cup of prune juice should weigh 8oz as well.
