Raw unrefined sugar is not the same as the brown sugar that you see in the store, even though they are both brown. Unrefined raw sugar is made from the juice from the sugar cane plant and has trace minerals and nutrients present. Refined sugar is devoid of all nutrients.
They now sell two types of raw sugar in North America so you need to research your sources. Raw Sugar is what is left after processing the sugar cane to remove the molasses and refine the white sugar. In North America raw sugar is actually not "raw" as it has been partially refined to remove any contaminants. The color is similar to light brown sugar but it's texture is grainier.

Yes. In fact, artificial sweeteners are much more harmful than sugar.
Sugar sinks in water because it heavier and more dense than water. Artificial sweeteners like Aspartame are not as dense and will float.
Because there are alot of chemicals that replace the sweetness of sugar and so it is not good for you to have chemicals in you. Because there are alot of chemicals that replace the sweetness of sugar and so it is not good for you to have chemicals in you.
Sugar is generally considered to be sweeter than most sugar substitutes like artificial sweeteners or natural sugar alternatives. However, the perception of sweetness can vary from person to person.
Other than artificial sweeteners (which are disgusting and bad for your body) good sugar substitutions are natural honey and natural molassess.
The artificial sweetener used is Aspartame. It is about 300 times sweetner than natural sugar and is actually a dipeptide composed of aspartic acid and phenylalanine. I believe one of the first popular artificial sweeteners used in diet sodas within the USA was saccharin.
Isn't it ironic that artificial sweeteners may be more harmful than sugar? Her artificial legs enabled her to outrace her competition. Is "artificial intelligence" neither?
I suggest that you go to www.douglasreport.com. I was told that artificial sweeteners were bad for me by my doctor. I thought, well, if they are bad for me, why did the FDA pass them..this site gave me the answer to to that question. Hope this helps.I have heard That artificial sweeteners can be worse because your body has no need for it and does not know what to do with it. SO your liver has to take time from making energy from stored fats and other things to get rid of the Sweeteners because there is no need for it in your body. This can make losing fat actually harder than just eating regular sugar but regular sugar is still not healthy for you.
Artificial sweeteners are much sweeter than sugar, so they can be used in smaller amounts to achieve the same level of sweetness in foods and drinks. They do not contribute significantly to calorie intake, making them a popular option for those trying to reduce sugar consumption. Some studies suggest that consuming artificial sweeteners in high amounts may disrupt gut bacteria and appetite regulation, but more research is needed to fully understand their long-term effects on health.
Contains alcholic sugar witch lasts longer than regular sugar.
Both sweeteners contain glucose and fructose. However, for sugar, in the process of manufacturing, the organic acids, protein, nitrogen elements, enzymes and vitamins in the sugar cane are destroyed . So honey is healthier.
